Frequently asked questions

How are message limits counted?

Every user prompt counts as one message credit, regardless of provider or model. Responses, tool calls, and streaming tokens are included. Credits reset monthly and team members share the workspace pool.

Can we top up mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrade any time from Settings. The change takes effect immediately with pro-rated billing so your team keeps working without interruption.

What happens if we hit the limit?

We send alerts well before you reach the limit. If you do exhaust credits, Auto Mode pauses and we prompt admins to upgrade or wait for the monthly reset. Data and conversations remain intact.

Do higher plans get faster responses?

Advanced and Max plans include priority routing on supported providers. During peak hours you’ll see faster first-token latency and more consistent throughput.
